- 5+ years of Graphic Design Exp
- Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Examples of email marketing design
- Experience with UI/UX
- Enterprise level experience
- Any PM Tracking Tool — Trello, Asana, Workfront, etc
- Lead Generation, Loyalty Programs, Relationship Marketing Background
Plus:
- Hospitality Industry Experience/Timeshare
- Education — Graphic Design
- Motion based graphics

- Develop brand-right concepts in response to briefs for key campaigns and channel-focused marketing tactics.
- Design layouts for primarily print, digital (email, ecomm, social), and unique format (retail, OOH).
- Be a brand steward — maintain and oversee client’s brand standards and guidelines.
- Concept and execute sound creative ideas for email, digital, social, print collateral, video and other marketing communications in an efficient and economical manner.
- Develop innovative, strategic and cutting-edge design solutions across mediums from concept through implementation that translate, support and activate the brand or business strategy..
- Work alongside other Designers, Copywriters, Production Artists, Animators and Front-End Developers to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met.
- Offer client and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience.
- Ensure the output of our design work is of a first-class standard, supporting a culture of excellence, raising standards of quality and challenging people to push themselves.
- Create high-impact presentations with compelling visual and verbal storytelling.
- Provide perspectives on design and brands for both internal discussion and client meetings.
- Participate in the creative and strategic brainstorming process.
- Inspire colleagues with new technologies, processes and ideas.
- Passion for design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, business, or relevant field preferred.
- 5+ years in graphic design experience in agency/in-house setting and/or working on big brand and has led creative design teams.
Qualifications
- A desire to work in the food and travel industry
- Strong concept, typography, layout, hierarchy, and branding skills.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously to meet shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Strong and confident presentation skills with the ability to present to executive management.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment.
- Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Well-versed in digital media including new and emerging platforms.
- Preferred UX/UI expertise and ability to design and inform digital experience (website, product interfaces, microsites, interactive components, etc.)
- Knowledge of best practices for both web and print as well as retail/event execution.
- An exceptional portfolio of distinctive work.
- Knowledge of design trends, best practices and tapped into popular culture.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks across multiple teams and work quickly with fast turnaround times
- Self-driven problem-solver and question-asker with a positive attitude.
- Not afraid to have an opinion while at the same time listening and considering the opinions of others.
- Understand that data and design can leverage each other to create compelling and strong work.
- Are highly strategic and critical in how you approach design. You think about the big picture, you focus on the idea, and you bring the idea to life on the Mac rather than looking for answers in a photoshop file.
