Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Build financial models and conduct property-level underwriting for new and existing investments.
- Analyze market data, review due diligence materials, and prepare investment committee materials.
- Support quarterly valuations, portfolio analytics, and distribution waterfall modeling.
- Assist with mortgage debt solicitation, analysis, and reporting.
- Help identify and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities across value-add and core strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or investment banking
- Advanced Excel skills
