Overview:

We are currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists for full-time outpatient positions across four locations in Louisiana. These roles are perfect for individuals looking to join a progressive organization that values flexibility, innovation, and professional growth.

What You’ll do:

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes using efficient, therapist-friendly systems.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced clinical training opportunities.

Schedule & Expectations:

  • Full-time, standard outpatient hours.
  • See an average of 11 patients per day.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DPT preferred, but a Master’s degree with extensive experience is considered.
  • 2-4 years of outpatient experience is ideal, but new grads are welcome.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in Louisiana or eligible via compact license.
  • Candidates from inpatient backgrounds may be considered if transitioning to outpatient.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset.
  • No history of licensure suspension or disciplinary action (background checks required).
