We are seeking a Family Coordinator to support our partner preschools by serving as the first point of contact for prospective families. This is a contract-to-permanent position with opportunities for long-term growth.

As a Family Coordinator, you will play a critical role in shaping a family’s first impression. Your responsibilities include:

  • Making and receiving calls from prospective families with warmth, professionalism, and urgency

  • Scheduling tours using our online booking tools and maintaining accurate information

  • Collecting and relaying messages for preschool directors and leadership teams

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every family feels valued and supported

  • Documenting communication accurately in our CRM/lead management system

  • Following scripts and guidelines while still making authentic, personalized connections

  • Coordinating with enrollment teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and friendly

  • Excellent phone presence with the ability to multitask

  • Experience in customer service, call centers, enrollment, or ECE settings (preferred but not required)

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems

  • Ability to work independently and meet expectations consistently

  • A heart for serving families and supporting early childhood education

Contract-to-Permanent: Opportunity for long-term placement based on performance

Schedule:Flexible daytime hours (some consistency required)

Location: Remote (Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina)
