Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct outbound calling to engage with clients and promote products or services
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns promptly
  • Enter and update client data accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Support sales initiatives by identifying client needs and presenting suitable solutions
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and effective communication with clients and team members
  • Collaborate with team members to improve client services and achieve departmental goals
  • Perform data entry tasks related to client information, orders, and feedback

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales roles is preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good organization and analysis skills
  • Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and cash handling is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications related to business or communications are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
