Responsibilities

• Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and follow-up communications
• Provide exceptional customer support and client services to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assist with data entry tasks related to client information, sales records, and other administrative duties
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with customers and prospects
• Support the sales team by preparing reports, analyzing customer data, and tracking sales activities
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and computer skills to manage documentation and correspondence
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve service delivery
• Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage clients
• Multilingual abilities are a plus; bilingual candidates are highly valued
• Experience or familiarity with sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and outbound calling experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
