Vice President – Originations
Director / VP — CRE Originations (Bridge, Construction & Residential Investment Lending) – Southeast
We are partnering with several fast-growing lenders and credit platforms actively expanding their originations teams across the Southeast & Texas (Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee & Texas).
These firms span private CRE debt, bridge & transitional lending, construction financing, and residential investment lending (Fix & Flip, Ground-Up, DSCR).
We are seeking originators with a proven production track record and strong relationships across sponsors, developers, investors, brokers, and referral networks.
What You’ll Do
- Source, structure, and close new CRE lending opportunities across bridge, construction, or residential investment products depending on your background
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified borrowers, developers, and operators across the Southeast
- Work directly with internal credit, underwriting, and capital markets teams to ensure smooth, timely execution
- Maintain strong market presence and continuously develop new referral channels
- Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and local real estate groups
What We’re Looking For
- 3–15 years of originations experience in any of the following:
- Bridge / Transitional CRE loans
- Construction loans (vertical or horizontal)
- Fix & Flip / SFR / Ground-Up
- DSCR investor loans
- Small-balance CRE, community bank CRE, or private credit CRE
- Consistent production history and established borrower / broker network
- Ability to self-generate deal flow (hunter mentality)
- Strong understanding of underwriting fundamentals, deal structuring, and market dynamics

Compensation
Competitive base aggressive commission / production incentives, depending on platform and seniority.
