What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead complex software development projects and ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and execute master plans while managing and monitoring team progress
- Analyze project-related problems and create innovative solutions
- Provide applications systems analysis and programming activities for government sites
- Oversee all aspects of projects and prepare long and short-range plans for systems development
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management and leadership
- Strong technical background and understanding of software engineering principles
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office products
- US Citizenship required per government contract
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master
- Government contract experience
- Strong mentoring skills and customer relations ability
