What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead complex software development projects and ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and execute master plans while managing and monitoring team progress
• Analyze project-related problems and create innovative solutions
• Provide applications systems analysis and programming activities for government sites
• Oversee all aspects of projects and prepare long and short-range plans for systems development

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in project management and leadership
• Strong technical background and understanding of software engineering principles
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office products
• US Citizenship required per government contract

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP certification or Certified Scrum Master
• Government contract experience
• Strong mentoring skills and customer relations ability
