About The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen our brands and increase online presence. You will work closely with our team of writers, designers, and web developers to create engaging, trendy content that resonates with our target audiences. Your efforts will directly impact website traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with the option to collaborate in-office at our various locations. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who loves testing new ideas, analyzing results, and staying ahead of current social media trends. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or demonstrated experience managing digital marketing campaigns
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience managing multiple brands and social media accounts
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, online culture, and digital marketing best practices
- Exceptional communication, organization, and witty writing skills
- Proven ability to work independently, self-manage workload, and meet deadlines
- Experience with analytics tools to measure and report on social media performance
- Ability to develop innovative content strategies that align with brand goals
- Familiarity with social media management platforms and content creation tools
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content that aligns with brand voice and current trends
- Increase the company’s social media presence, website traffic, and conversion rates through targeted campaigns
- Monitor, respond, and engage with consumer reviews and online community interactions
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to design and execute social media campaigns supporting marketing objectives
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and generate reports for strategic planning
- Benchmark social media activities to measure effectiveness beyond superficial metrics like “likes”
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and online culture to keep content fresh and relevant
- Support continuous improvement of social media tactics based on data insights and industry best practices
