Investor Relations Senior Associate (Institutional Investors)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Investor Relations Associate to join our Investor Services function. This role supports the management and coordination of interactions with a global institutional investor base of approximately 600 organisations. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a best-in-class investor experience, while also helping to build relationships with prospective investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Investor Relations inbox with the Investor Services team, ensuring all investor queries are handled professionally and within 24 hours, often requiring financial, accounting, tax or regulatory analysis.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the firm’s funds, financial reports, underlying investments, and internal systems to independently source information and produce accurate responses.
  • Support the delivery of quarterly investor reporting and additional bespoke reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly reports, investor meeting materials, and other ad hoc presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with fund administrators to ensure a positive investor experience.
  • Maintain accurate investor information within Salesforce to support ongoing investor relations and fundraising activity.
  • Partner with internal teams including Investments, Finance, Tax, IT, and external administrators to ensure consistent communication and service.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives that enhance the overall investor experience.
  • Join investor update calls and meetings where relevant.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent) from a leading university
  • Chartered Accountant, CFA, or other relevant professional qualification
  • Background in finance, accounting, banking, private equity, or asset management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Desirable Experience

  • Familiarity with private equity
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Fluency in an additional language
