Contract Duration: 12+ Months

3+ years of experience with Relativity Server 2024 configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Expertise in Relativity Desktop Client (RDC), Processing Sets, and modifying .DAT/.OPT load files

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relativity Administrator to join our IT team. This position will be full-time, hybrid, and is a contract position.

What You ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize Relativity Server 2024 environment for efficient eDiscovery operations
  • Ingest and prepare data using Relativity Desktop Client (RDC) and Processing Sets
  • Modify .DAT and .OPT load files for compatibility
  • Execute OCR, Imaging, Indexing, and Analytics jobs to improve document accessibility
  • Configure job setups tailored to workspace requirements
  • Create and maintain workspaces, accounts, groups, and clients in Relativity
  • Adjust views and layouts to meet evolving business needs
  • Set up and run productions, export files, and securely transfer to Box.com
  • Perform workspace archiving to maintain system performance and retention compliance
  • Provide end-user support and training throughout ingestion, production, and archiving processes
  • Validate data accuracy, monitor performance metrics, and generate audit or production reports

What You ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience with Relativity Server 2024 configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in Relativity Desktop Client (RDC), Processing Sets, and modifying .DAT/.OPT load files
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end eDiscovery processes (OCR, Imaging, Indexing, Analytics, Productions)
  • Ability to create or modify scripts for data manipulation and automation.
  • Knowledge of secure data transfer protocols, ZIP encryption, and compliance standards
  • Experience guiding legal and technical staff through Relativity features and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills for managing timelines, documentation, and deliverables
  • Proficiency in validating data accuracy and generating audit/production reports

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
