  • 6 years of experience delivering full-stack software solutions for complex, data-intensive programs.
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab).
  • Strong understanding of software fundamentals, including design patterns, automated testing, and continuous integration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, messaging services, REST APIs, and object storage.
  • Ability to design and implement responsive user interfaces and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude or similar) to improve productivity and code quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of advanced DevOps tools (Ansible, Nexus, GitLab Runner, Harbor).
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern front-end ecosystems.
  • Experience with Apache Superset/Trino for data querying and analytics.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Exposure to turnkey training or learning architectures.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and cloud/air-gapped deployment models.
  • Integration experience with email/SMS notifications and learning management standards (SCORM, xAPI, CMI5).
