Talent Acquisition Analyst
Job Description Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems Business Area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join a world class global talent acquisition organization.
THE WORK The Talent Acquisition Analyst will manage full lifecycle recruiting in support of RMS Operations and Finance & Business Operations client groups.
Your role will be to partner and collaborate with all levels of management across the client portfolio to understand current and future staffing demand. You will source and attract candidates using available recruiting software and tools and develop connections to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This is a high volume, fast paced environment and to be successful you must have a demonstrated track record of building and sustaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
This Role Is Responsible For The Following Key Deliverables
- Consult with leaders during intake meetings prior to posting to attract the appropriate candidate pool
- Create compelling job descriptions to attract desired candidate pool.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through available tools such as BrassRing, Avature/CRM, LinkedIn, career events, referral campaigns, and other talent sources.
- Source and recruit top tier talent, not only to meet the hiring goals of immediate needs, but also proactively, in order to build candidate pipeline for upcoming and future growth demands.
- Deliver a superior candidate experience.
- Create and deliver presentations, charts and metrics that clearly deliver desired information to first line leaders, allowing for data-driven decisions that help the business.
- Upkeep a compliant requisition portfolio.
- Apply knowledge of TA and Business Area policies and procedures to effectively advise Hiring Leaders and HR teammates on the staffing process and best practices.
- Partner effectively with teammates when working compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other processes.

Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
- Demonstrated recruiting experience in organizing and executing ad hoc networking events like invitations, open houses, or 3rd party events
- Experience in a similar industry (aerospace, defense, or technology)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create clear, data‑rich presentations
- Strong customer service focus and demonstrated growth mindset, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity
- Experience and understanding of Boolean searching and sourcing techniques
