Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. In this position, you will provide excellent customer and technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. You will also be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving problems and providing clear communication. Additionally, leveraging analytical skills to assist in identifying and recommending process improvements will be key.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Technical Support experience and proficiency with related technologies
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Creative problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with platforms like Resware and SoftPro is a plus
  • Industry experience preferred
