We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Consultant to support a new Duck Creek Application Maintenance project. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Duck Creek Policy configuration, integrations, troubleshooting, and support within the P&C insurance domain.

Qualifications

  • 9 years of overall IT experience, including 6 years in Duck Creek Policy configuration and support.
  • Experience in OnPrem and DCOD (OnDemand) implementations, upgrades, and data migration.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with proven experience resolving incidents and defects.
  • Knowledge of Billing, Claims, Data Insights, Producer/Policyholder modules is a plus.
  • Up-to-date understanding of Duck Creek architecture (PAD, DCOD standards, AMIs, Anywhere APIs).
