About the Company

Radius Insights is a global insights and research firm that helps major brands turn human understanding into growth. We use strategic storytelling, immersive research, and data science to unlock value for our clients.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, cross-functional marketing role at the center of Radius’ GTM engine. You’ll own both events and demand generation — managing the strategy, execution, and measurement of events and campaigns that build brand authority, generate pipeline, and elevate Radius’ visibility in the industry.

Responsibilities

Events & Experiences

  • Plan and execute the full lifecycle of events — including large-scale tradeshows (e.g., TMRE, Quirk’s, CES, etc), partner activations, client roundtables, and internal leadership forums
  • Manage logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and onsite execution to ensure each event reflects the Radius brand
  • Partner with marketing/design to create branded collateral, presentations, and pre-/post-event campaigns
  • Develop and execute end-to-end promotion plans — driving awareness and engagement before, during, and after events
  • Track event performance, ROI, and post-event insights to inform future activation strategy

Demand Generation & ABM

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to plan and execute campaigns aligned to growth goals and priority accounts
  • Build and optimize multi-channel programs (email, social, paid, and influencer) to engage target audiences
  • Support account-based marketing (1:1 and 1:few) efforts with tailored outreach, content, and nurture workflows
  • Manage and measure marketing-sourced pipeline, tracking conversion metrics (MQL→SQL→Win)
  • Partner with creative and analytics teams to test, measure, and iterate campaign effectiveness

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Work with Sales leaders to align campaigns, events, and messaging to revenue goals
  • Create enablement materials — playbooks, one-pagers, and presentations — to help Sales teams activate campaign assets effectively
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for sales field support, lead follow-up coordination, and partner opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related) or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, and demand generation, preferably in the market research/insights space
  • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns or events simultaneously.
  • Proven experience executing events and marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel for key events and activations

Pay range and compensation package

  • Proposed Salary Range: $80,000-100,000 USD – Based on current U.S. market data for this role level
  • Location and experience will determine final offer
  • Additional Benefits:
  • Professional development and growth opportunities
  • Travel exposure
  • Health, dental, vision (if applicable)
