Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Columbus, Ohio
- Work Arrangement: Remote (100% Remote)
- Contract: This is a Contract position.
- Mode of Interview: Either Web Cam or In Person Interview.
Key Responsibilities
As the Technical Lead and Developer, your responsibilities span the full development lifecycle:

Development & Architecture: Design, architect, and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This includes creating customer workflows and ensuring requirements are met.

Crucial Requirement: Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio is required.

Project Leadership: Serve as the technical lead on projects. Proactively and independently determine project tasks, create timelines, produce estimates, and communicate progress to Project Managers.

Maintenance & Integrity: Maintain the security and integrity of the Salesforce platform. Monitor system performance and develop mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.

Quality Assurance: Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all requirements are met. Troubleshoot and fix bugs swiftly.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with internal and external stakeholders to understand complex requirements and work with Business Analysts to present viable technical solutions.

Platform Readiness: Research Salesforce release notes and prepare the development environment for upcoming platform updates.
Required Expertise
- Salesforce Development: Extensive experience developing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Key Tool: Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio is mandatory.
- CRM Platform: Expertise working with Salesforce CRM platforms (both Classic and Lightning).
- Technical Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, solve complex software problems, and proactively determine project tasks without extensive guidance.
- Security & Performance: Experience maintaining platform security and monitoring/mitigating system performance issues
