Job Description:

  • We are looking for a talented JBPM Developer to join our team in Irving, TX.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing business process management solutions using jBPM (Java Business Process Management).
  • You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of BPM projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with jBPM (preferably jBPM 6.x or 7.x).
  • Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 and DMN (Decision Model and Notation).
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE development and Spring Framework.
  • Experience with Drools for business rules management.
  • Familiarity with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with version control tools like Git or SVN.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
