We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service at our 3100 West Iles Ave. location. As a key member of our team, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring customer satisfaction through various responsibilities.

  • Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with various tasks as needed, including cleaning and restocking supplies
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems (training provided)
  • Food handling experience is a plus, but not required
