CW Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a leading global trading firm in the search for exceptional talent to join its growing Systematic Equities Trading Team in New York. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-caliber team focused on designing, developing, and optimizing fully automated trading strategies across global equities markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement systematic trading strategies across global equities and related products
• Develop and refine predictive models using statistical and machine-learning methods
• Analyze large volumes of market, order-book, and proprietary data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities
• Optimize execution logic, market-making behaviour, and order placement to enhance trading performance
• Partner with developers to ensure robust implementation of trading infrastructure and research tools

Preferred Experience

• 3+ years of experience in systematic trading or quantitative research, ideally with a focus on equities markets
• Strong programming proficiency (Python, C++, or similar)
• Deep understanding of financial markets, equities microstructure, factor behaviour, and signal generation
• Proven ability to extract and test trading signals from complex datasets
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, research-driven environments
