Requirements

Must have:

– A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer, developer, or engineer. – Proven expertise in graphical design tools (preferably Figma, with additional knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop desirable). – Strong background in UI/UX design specifically for web applications, ideally within SaaS or enterprise products. – Experience in creating wireframes and high-fidelity visual mockups. – Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. – Familiarity with CSS and web application theming; knowledge of ReactJS is a plus. – A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, we also consider applicants with relevant coursework and experience or those with substantial professional expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance the overall product experience, focusing on visual aspects, interactions, and workflows within DataBee. – Advocate for the user by collaborating with product managers to address complex challenges strategically. – Present UX/UI designs to stakeholders, users, and development teams in both formal and informal formats. – Take ownership of the user experience from the initial concept through to implementation, testing features post-development to ensure accuracy. – Create user journey maps and a design system tailored to each persona of the DataBee SaaS application. – Lead a user-centric, interactive, and collaborative design process centered on rapid prototyping, user research, customer feedback, and continuous improvement. – Work closely with engineers to implement designs in ReactJS, using prototypes developed in Figma.
