Requirements


Must have:

### – Proven experience in a desktop support or a related IT support position. – Ability to set up and assist MacBook laptops is essential. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Proficiency in network troubleshooting and IP configuration. – Experience with inventory management practices. – Hands-on experience with dual-screen setups and familiarity with HDMI, VGA, and other hardware cables. – Familiarity with Google Admin Console and Google Suite is preferred. – Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team. – A proactive, customer-oriented approach to IT support.

Responsibilities:


As a Desktop Support Engineer, I will rely on your expertise to ensure our operations run seamlessly. You’ll be the first point of contact in our Tech Success team, addressing all technology challenges faced by our employees. Your duties will include: – Creating, managing, and closing user accounts. – Issuing equipment and managing inventory, including organizing deliveries and shipments. – Providing technical assistance for desktop and laptop systems, both in Windows and Mac environments. – Configuring desks for meetings and conference rooms. – Escalating or delegating issues to senior team members or the broader Tech and Product departments. You will be working from our New York office, bringing a friendly demeanor that fosters a welcoming atmosphere, helping employees understand technical solutions in a clear manner based on their individual needs and varying levels of tech knowledge. ###
