Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Vice President role based in Tampa, FL. The Vice President will oversee strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of key business objectives. Responsibilities include driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and leading operational excellence. Collaboration with stakeholders and partners is essential to support organizational goals and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment banking, and strategic management
- Proven leadership capabilities, team management, and ability to execute long-term business plans
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Experience in financial services or a related industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and operational planning tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
