About The Role The Marketing Data Analyst, Associate at Fusion92 is a vital member of our Data Science & Strategy team. This role is focused on supporting analytics for digital marketing campaigns, audience targeting, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal marketing teams and external client stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive measurable outcomes. As part of our Fiserv Consulting group, the role involves analyzing campaign performance, developing dashboards, and supporting strategic initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness and business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data science
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience analyzing digital marketing metrics across paid media, email, and digital content
- Ability to visualize data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Basic knowledge of SAS, R, or Python is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence is advantageous
- Location: Candidates must be based in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Georgia, or Ohio
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to analyze digital marketing performance and generate actionable insights
- Assist in developing campaign measurement strategies, including A/B testing and conversion tracking
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Use SQL and data profiling techniques to extract, clean, and validate datasets for analysis
- Present data findings through compelling visuals and storytelling tailored for diverse audiences
- Support strategic decision-making by translating complex data into clear recommendations
- Collaborate with strategy and client teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and thorough documentation across all analytics deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and data processes within the organization
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide insights to support business growth initiatives
