Requirements


Must have:

– A Bachelor’s degree in engineering. – At least 2 years of experience using Python for development and machine learning (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain). – Proficiency in Python and fundamental machine learning principles, along with the capability to independently develop, train, and assess models. – Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applications (e.g., Transformers, Computer Vision, LLMs, RAG). – Experience in DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications. – Competence in using Git. – Knowledge in software planning and execution throughout the program’s requirements, development, design, build, test, and integration phases, including transitioning prototype software to production and experience with rapid software prototyping for evaluating options.

Responsibilities:


As a critical member of our AI / Machine Learning team, you will: – Assist in the design and creation of innovative software applications with user-friendly experiences, primarily utilizing Python and occasionally C/C++ for hardware interfacing or performance enhancement. – Apply deep learning models across various AI/ML use cases. – Generate and manage high-quality datasets to support model creation and assessment. – Integrate AI capabilities into cohesive systems, incorporating automation technologies and embedded devices. – Utilize Git, Bash scripting, multithreading, and GPU acceleration to ensure effective and scalable solutions. – Keep abreast of emerging AI/ML algorithms, analytics, and relevant technologies to address complex challenges. – Support both research and development efforts as well as the practical implementation of AI software through the AI Software Factory.
