About the Opportunity:

The organization operates as a global online vehicle auction platform, connecting vehicle sellers with buyers in more than 190 countries through a network of over 200 facilities. The Call for Release-Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating the release and pickup of vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate updates to vehicle files, and delivering customer service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain release authorization.

• Communicate with vehicle owners to obtain necessary releases, arrange transport, and assist with personal item removal.

• Use the DeCode This tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.

• Maintain accurate notes on each vehicle and document all interactions in the system.

• Meet daily targets, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots per day.

• Attend weekly team meetings via Teams.

• Adhere to all organizational policies and quality guidelines.

• Assist with additional tasks or team needs as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of office support experience in a customer service role.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace.

• Bilingual skills are a plus.

• Ability to work occasional overtime.

• Office equipment will be provided.

Compensation:

• Pay: $16.04 — $22.00 hourly

• For locations in California, Colorado, New York, Washington, pay rate ranges from $18.00 — $24.00 hourly
