Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville, United States location! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for our valued customers.

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately in a fun and exciting environment
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace for both team members and customers
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality products consistently
  • Manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Utilize advanced technology and equipment to process orders efficiently
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during all shifts
  • Assist in inventory management and organizational tasks
  • Operate various equipment within the store
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work atmosphere

Qualifications


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and counting change
  • Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and operational challenges
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to overall success
