Senior Project Manager

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility for some work from home and potential travel for overseas projects. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources to ensure timely project completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, managing project schedules and budgets, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and ensuring proper inspections and approvals are completed. The role also involves handling project logistics, problem-solving, and ensuring projects are delivered to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Project Management, including planning, leadership, and financial management of construction projects
- Experience with Expediting and managing project timelines, as well as handling Expeditor responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of construction inspections, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience in Logistics Management, including coordinating materials, equipment, and personnel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 10 year experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Must be proficient in verbal and writen Spanish.
