  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities, internal events, and communication campaigns to foster a positive work culture.

  • Support Learning & Development by coordinating training sessions, workshops, and preparing training materials.

  • Support HR Operations and data management, ensuring accuracy in employee records and onboarding processes.

  • Assist in Office Facility Management , ensuring the workplace is well-maintained, safe, and conducive to productivity.

LI-PC

  • Undergraduate students in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, Social Sciences, or related fields.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-minded attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to use creative tools (e.g., Canva, Video Editing) for internal communications is a plus.

  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Able to join the program for 4-6 months.

  • Must be able to provide an official Internship Letter (หนังสือส่งตัว) from your university.
