Duties and Responsibilities
-
Builds and maintains relationships between IT and business units to ensure timely support of day-to-day business processing needs, and instrumental in communicating and maintaining accountability across business units.

Oversees the daily operations and administration of MS Dynamics within the Practice Area, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business objectives.

Coordinates with EDU business teams to ensure that all issues, enhancement recommendations and new MS Dynamics functionality are identified, and then determines prioritization ahead of working with corporate IT.

Reviews, presents, and supervises all requested change requests for MS Dynamics, coordinating with stakeholders to assess impact, prioritize needs, and ensure effective implementation.

Responsible for training and development of EDU staff with respect to MS Dynamics and any other data reporting tools developed under their supervision

Manages multiple projects and meet stated customer-initiated deadlines, either directly or by overseeing other project & business managers.

Consults and advises business leaders to develop and implement solutions to business needs and ensures the quality of such recommendations.

Oversees the release and implementation of platform, product, and service enhancements.

Strategizes with functional leaders to identify the organization’s needs, solution design and deployment.

Adroitly navigates organizational relationships to drive toward success, working without boundaries and resolving conflicts as necessary.

Creates and drives Business Solutions offerings to improve business outcomes.

Implements and enforces best practices for data integrity, including regular audits, validation procedures, and user training to maintain accuracy and reliability of system data.

Develops and maintains deep knowledge of all products/systems/tools within the Business Systems Portfolio.

Develops and maintains documentation for MS Dynamics processes, change requests, and data management protocols.

Partners with practice area leadership to determine the most valuable data sources to collect and make available for business intelligence, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Collaborates with corporate technology teams to identify and implement optimal methods for capturing and displaying data from various sources, supporting robust business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

Maintains dashboards and reports developed for practice area use, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely updates to support decision-making.

Supports management in achieving business objectives through reporting and analyses

Oversees all supervisory administrative duties such as hiring, coaching, quality control, performance management and policy adherence.

Exemplifies PCG values and motivates and encourages teams through positive communication and feedback.

Demonstrates accountability for project outcomes, including measuring and improving both client and financial project outcomes, and drives action to improve results.
Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
