About the Role
Enterprise Network Triage and Troubleshooting (NTT) Team is dedicated to identifying, mitigating, and resolving issues impacting this financial organizations internal and external business operations. Your work will help maintain its reputation as a top industry leader and ensure first-class reliability and uptime for all its business services.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, and architecture
- Infrastructure software development and automation skills (Python)
- Experience with virtual network and security constructs in AWS and/or Azure
- Cisco certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCSE) desirable
- Network security experience and certifications are a plus
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in cloud networking and security constructs (e.g., DMZ)
- Deep knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud technologies
- In-depth understanding of IP routing, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DNS
- Familiarity with cloud PaaS service integration
- Experience with ITSM practices (Change/Incident/Problem management)
- Advocate for and practitioner of infrastructure-as-code
- Programming experience with Python, Ansible, and SDN
