Chief of Staff

About the Opportunity:

The organization is focused on leveraging Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to transform recorded driving footage into structured intelligence, enabling advancements in autonomy and robotics. With a team experienced in building AI systems at leading tech companies, the organization partners with industry leaders to extract insights from large-scale video data. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the founders to drive strategic, operational, and communication initiatives during a period of rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders to manage key priorities, company goals, and investor initiatives.

• Convert strategic plans into actionable deliverables across product, research, and growth.

• Drive internal communication and alignment across teams.

• Lead special projects related to GTM strategy, hiring, partnerships, and research collaboration.

• Support fundraising and investor relations, including data gathering, memo writing, and due diligence coordination.

• Own cross-functional initiatives such as launch plans, product updates, and key customer deliverables.

• Represent the founders in internal meetings and external communications as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to create clear plans from complex situations.

• Exceptional writing and communication skills for drafting memos, investor updates, and presentations.

• Deep curiosity about AI, machine learning, or technical products.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.

• Proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in AI, ML, autonomous systems, or deep-tech startups.

• Experience with technical products, VC communications, or enterprise partnerships.

• Ability to work closely with technical founders and interpret complex technical concepts for business audiences.
