Quality Data Analyst III SQL, Power BI
About the Opportunity:
This team is a diversified, national organization focused on transforming the health of communities through data-driven initiatives. The role is responsible for managing complex analytic data projects and leading other Data Analysts to support business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations in areas such as claims, provider data, member data, clinical data, HEDIS, pharmacy, and external reporting
• Extract, load, model, and reconcile large amounts of data across multiple platforms and sources
• Review data to identify operational impacts and recommend actions; communicate issues and improvement opportunities to management
• Develop reports and deliverables for management
• Model data using MS Excel, Access, SQL, and other data warehouse analytical tools
• Ensure compliance with federal and state reporting requirements through data quality audits and analysis
• Assist with training and mentoring other Data Analysts
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with all organizational policies and standards
Requirements:
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4 years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Experience managing projects or significant project implementation involvement
• HEDIS data analysis experience a plus
Compensation:
• Pay Range: $68,700.00 to $123,700.00 per year
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status
• Total compensation may include additional incentives
