As a Senior Consultant with Guidehouse, you will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.We encourage career development and hiring for the long term. As you hone your project management skills, leadership abilities, and the aptitude for managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.What You Will Need: 3+ years of experience in the banking industry or commercial financial services consulting3+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:Operational risk and/or big bank complianceBanking regulations and complianceExperience with risk and controls current state assessments (including process mapping)Bachelor’s degreeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced challenging client focused environment where priorities and scope may change quicklyExcellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communications to both clients and coworkersAbility to travel up to 100% for client engagements as requiredProficient in all Microsoft Office productsCreative problem-solving ability and a collaborative, consultancy mindsetFocus on exceptional quality in all deliverablesProven ability to successfully lead client service delivery teams that deliver the highest quality workDemonstrated positive and productive client relationship skillsAbility to generate a quality work product in a timely manner while maintaining a strong attention to detailExperience working on discrete, time sensitive projectsHighly motivated, driven, and dynamic attitude towards work and careerHigh-energy, positive, persuasive, and aptitude to lead by example.What Would Be Nice To Have: Prior management consulting experienceCPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or other relevant certificationsMBA or MA/MS degree in a related fieldThe annual salary range for this position is $107,000.00-$178,000.00.
