We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team and lead our marketing efforts as we scale our business.Position Overview: The will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and customer acquisition. This role requires a seasoned marketing generalist with deep expertise in growth and acquisition, as well as experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the company’s business objectives and growth targets.
  • Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive cohesive go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Deep expertise in growth and acquisition marketing, with a track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong marketing generalist experience, with proficiency in various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content marketing, brand management, and demand generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing marketing teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving efficient allocation of resources.
