Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Materials PO Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing Bills of Materials (BOMs), creating and tracking Purchase Orders (POs), and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. This role requires proficiency in ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review BOMs (from 3GIS engineering designs) and select correct materials based on BOM.
• Manually input and align BOM items into ERP, and create POs.
• Validate quantities, units, and rates for accuracy.
• Submit POs in ERP and track their status, delivery dates, and goods receipts.
• Maintain documentation of POs, status updates, and vendor confirmations.
• Identify and flag mismatches or missing items to the PO Creation Lead.

Qualifications:

• Basic ERP system navigation skills (Oracle preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with BOMs, materials, and construction documentation.
• Strong skills in tracking, reporting, and maintaining documentation.

Pay Range: $30-40/hr
