Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly – $21.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a DRC-Help Desk Analyst 2-HDA2

Role: Help Desk Analyst 2 Duration: Contract 6 month

Location: Franklin, OH 45005 or Madison County

Short Description:

Interviews will be onsite. Candidates will work onsite in Franklin or Madison County.

Complete Description:

Provides tier 2 technical support and system access to approximately 15,000 customers using ServiceNow ticketing system.

Troubleshoots hardware and/or software issues independently in workstation support, desktop support, business continuity, information security, network connectivity knowledge of MS Office (O365) and use of ticketing system software.

Skills:

-Required-

1 Years: Professional experience working with computers in a Help Desk/Support role

1 years: Professional experience in a customer service-related role, providing phone and video support for users with varying levels of technical expertise

1 Years: Strong Customer Service Skills

-Highly desired-

1 Years: Previous experience with ServiceNow

1 Years: CompTIA A Certification
