Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst (Tableau/SQL) Location: 100% Remote

Contract W2 Role Job Description We are seeking experienced Healthcare Data Analysts with a strong background in Tableau and SQL to support analytics. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Experience with Medicaid data or programs is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large healthcare datasets.
• Interpret and communicate data insights to business and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, performance optimization).
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and working with large datasets.
• Experience working with healthcare data (claims, clinical, operational, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Medicaid data, programs, or reporting.
