DecisionPoint seeks a Digital QA Analyst to support daily quality assurance and verification activities within a large federal and DoD-aligned mission environment. This role ensures the accuracy, functionality, and usability of digital content across websites, tools, forms, and user interfaces. The Digital QA Analyst conducts routine checks of content updates, links, interactive components, and accessibility elements to maintain a reliable and compliant digital experience for end users.

The analyst is also responsible for monitoring outages, service interruptions, and performance anomalies, following established notification and escalation procedures. This role is pivotal in maintaining digital quality, consistency, and operational readiness across enterprise online platforms.

The Digital QA Analyst will

  • Perform daily verification of digital content updates, ensuring accuracy and successful publication.
  • Test links, forms, tools, calculators, and UI components across supported digital platforms.
  • Validate formatting, styling, and layout consistency following brand and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct cross-browser and device testing for responsiveness and functionality.
  • Identify defects, broken links, accessibility issues, and UI inconsistencies; log findings in tracking systems.
  • Follow notification and escalation processes for outages, service interruptions, and degraded functionality.
  • Document test steps, results, and retest outcomes according to QA processes.
  • Collaborate with content teams, front-end developers, UX specialists, and PMO staff to resolve defects.
  • Support regression testing following updates, releases, or content deployments.
  • Perform accessibility verification including alt-text, keyboard navigation, and structural markup checks.
  • Maintain QA checklists, SOPs, and digital quality documentation.

Clearance Requirement Candidate must possess a Tier 2 Moderate Risk Public Trust (from any federal agency) or an active Secret clearance or higher .

Education (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Information Science, Technical Communication, UX Writing, or a related field.

Experience (Required)

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital quality assurance, website testing, or content validation.
  • Experience conducting functional and content-focused QA for websites or digital tools.
  • Experience identifying, logging, and tracking defects.
  • Experience collaborating with UX, content, or technical teams to resolve digital issues.

Technical Knowledge (Required)

  • Knowledge of website QA processes, link testing, and browser compatibility testing.
  • Familiarity with accessibility (508/WCAG) verification techniques.
  • Experience with QA tracking tools or ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end behaviors to support troubleshooting.

Technical Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Experience working in federal or DoD digital environments.
  • Familiarity with CMS-based content publishing.
  • Knowledge of automated QA tools or link monitoring systems.

Skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in verifying content and UI elements.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage recurring QA cycles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain consistency in QA workflows.
