Job Title : Technical Project Manager (Media and Entertainment domain)

Location: Cranbury, NJ – Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to design, develop, and manage our organization’s data architecture & the Data Team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our data systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. You will ++build, develop and lead a team of data engineers, application developers, testers, Devops and analysts++, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions. You will also work closely with software developers and business stakeholders to define data standards, develop integration strategies, and ensure governance and data quality.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Relevant experience as a Technical Manager, must have the Media and Entertainment domain
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable data warehouse solutions using cloud technologies like Snowflake or Google BigQuery.
  • 5 years of experience in designing data warehouse solutions, writing complex SQL queries, developing ETL/ELT pipelines, and reporting development.
  • 4 years of experience in programming languages like Python.
  • 3 years of experience in designing solutions for structured and unstructured data, using cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Google Big Query), and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • Experience in digital advertising technologies, including ad serving, analytics, DSP, DMP, SSP, QA, targeting, and related tools.
  • Strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills, including designing dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Develop ETL and ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.
  • Build storage solutions for structured and unstructured data to support data science pipelines.
  • Work with cloud platforms primarily Google Cloud Platform to build and maintain scalable data solutions.
  • Develop reporting solutions using tools like ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. (as BI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine processes, improve performance, and integrate new technologies as required.
  • Provide technical direction, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for data architecture, development, and governance.
  • Plan and prioritize team tasks, manage workloads, and support skill development through coaching and feedback.
  • Customer facing experience in day-to-day business and deliverables with the technical team.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements to data infrastructure and team processes.
