About The Role Vituity is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive design strategies across multiple mediums, including print, digital, and experiential platforms. You will lead design thinking workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create visually compelling assets that support marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and healthcare communications.
The ideal candidate will bring strategic problem-solving skills, a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in design, and experience working with AI-assisted design tools. This position offers an opportunity to influence high-visibility projects, including infographics, data visualizations, social media content, event branding, and digital experiences, all while supporting Vituity’s mission to improve healthcare outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field, or minimum 4+ years of professional experience in a design agency or in-house team
- Proven experience maintaining digital asset libraries and delivering designs from concept to final production
- Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, branding, UI/UX, paid media, and print design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficiency with Figma for digital design and prototyping
- Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, and Figma AI
- Knowledge of print production standards, responsive web design, and accessibility principles
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design fundamentals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, or B2B environments is preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts grounded in design thinking and strategic insights
- Create a wide range of assets across print, digital, and experiential channels, ensuring consistency with brand standards
- Lead and facilitate design thinking workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify challenges and generate creative solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform design strategies and stay current with industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including photographers, illustrators, copywriters, and external vendors, to produce cohesive visual assets
- Design high-impact infographics, data visualizations, and strategic presentations for senior leadership
- Design user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile platforms, applying UX/UI principles and accessibility standards
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma, InDesign, and other tools, incorporating user feedback
- Work closely with product managers and developers to translate design requirements into functional digital solutions
- Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to refine digital designs
- Develop visual assets for paid advertising campaigns across social media and digital platforms, applying A/B testing methodologies
- Design and execute comprehensive event branding, including trade show booths, signage, and experiential installations
- Create social media content, templates, and visual systems to enhance brand presence across platforms
- Integrate AI tools into the design process for research, ideation, and routine tasks, while maintaining quality and brand integrity
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of design excellence
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and project objectives
- Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance skillsets and workflows
