We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our projects are completed on time and within scope while supporting our project managers and teams. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and prioritize workload will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare necessary documentation
- Track project progress and report updates to stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is updated and accessible to team members
