Junior Project Manager
A leading financial services organization is seeking aJr. Project Managerto support small to large-scale initiatives across the business. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality project execution.
This role plays a key part in supporting project intake, planning, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is confident partnering with stakeholders at all levels to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
- Support small to large-scale projects by managing timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
- Assist with project intake, planning, risk identification, and mitigation activities.
- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and help drive solutions.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical support throughout project execution.
- Build strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of commitments.
- Support meeting preparation, facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Process Improvement & Problem Solving
- Investigate data issues and assess quality concerns using established processes.
- Help identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes where applicable.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and sound judgment to support quick decision making.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent military experience.
- 2 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies (certifications a plus).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated success supporting projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using tools such as Google Suite, Slack, UserZoom , and Jira (preferred).
Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Data investigation and data quality experience
- Ability to make quick decisions using defined processes
- Excellent communication and organization
- Experience with Google Suite and Slack
- Familiarity with UserZoom
Nice to Have:
- Jira experience
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Management
