Job Description

  1. Support IT infrastructure local and central service through collaboration with PSM

  2. Providing consultancy and support for IT solutions

  3. Perform end-user enabling / key user meetings

  4. Support for roll out of new IT project

  5. On-site IT user support / active and on-demand of customer’s request as location responsible

Qualifications

  1. Good knowledge on IT end devices and M365 environment

  2. Service and customer oriented mindset

  3. Knowledge of (Gen)AI tool suite preferred

  4. Fluent in English

  5. Communication in customers’ word beyond IT expert
