What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications
  • Validate order locations and ensure accurate data entry for purchase orders
  • Check and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Serve as the customer-facing voice, addressing inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and provide proactive updates on order status

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills for customer interactions
  • Ability to build relationships with hospital billing specialists

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience as an account representative or in order entry
  • Familiarity with Oracle software
