What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communications
- Validate order locations and ensure accurate data entry for purchase orders
- Check and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Serve as the customer-facing voice, addressing inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Maintain records of customer interactions and provide proactive updates on order status
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional data entry skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- Ability to build relationships with hospital billing specialists
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience as an account representative or in order entry
- Familiarity with Oracle software
