- Engage with customers and clients across multiple industries
- Build relationships and provide tailored support
- Represent brands with professionalism and personality
- Track activity through CRM systems and follow clear goals
- Learn commercial skills through hands-on coaching and mentorship

- Hospitality, retail, or customer service background (preferred)
- Coachability, reliability, and ambition
- Confidence speaking face-to-face and over the phone
