Civil Engineer

Seeking a motivated Civil Engineer I with a background in land development to join our growing team. They will be involved in the design, permitting, and execution of civil engineering projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare designs and manage permitting for a variety of land development projects.
• Assist in managing and coordinating a civil design team.
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Design water distribution, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management systems.
• Create paving and grading plans.
• Design site layouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development engineering and permitting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related CADD tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Florida Engineer in Training (EIT) license is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
