Job Category: Sales and MarketingJob Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Premium Guest Acquisition: Identify, attract, and retain high-value players through personalized outreach, strategic incentives, and curated experiences.Relationship Expansion: Build and sustain relationships with elite clientele, leveraging existing networks and developing new ones to grow the premium player database and drive incremental revenue.Cross-Marketing Activation: Collaborate with property and corporate teams to unlock cross-property and digital marketing opportunities, including iCasino and Sportsbook platforms. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment for up to eight hours.

  • Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.
