- Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5pm

Job Duties for Customer Service | Lead Warranty Tech:
- Support customers and dealers with technical questions
- Process and manage warranty claims
- Assist with parts ordering and sales
- Deliver inbound phone support for warranty and technical needs
- Provide service for automotive, recreational, utility, and golf vehicles
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Assist with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for Customer Service | Lead Warranty Tech:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in automotive, recreational vehicles, golf carts, or utility vehicles industries
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Deescalate customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams including quality and engineering
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a patient and professional demeanor during interactions
