QA PM II-Operations

As a QA Project Manager II, you will act as the primary liaison for quality-related matters, driving collaboration and delivering solutions that make a real impact.What you will get: An agile career and dynamic working cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompetitive compensation programs that recognize high performanceMedical, dental, and vision insuranceOur full list of global benefits can be found here:What you will do: Serve as the primary QA liaison for assigned external customersManage quality processes including change controls, deviations, investigations, and CAPAsLead Joint Quality Team meetings and track action itemsReview and approve investigation reports and root cause analysesCollaborate with internal teams such as MSAT, Manufacturing, Engineering, and QCSupport customer audits and maintain compliance with data integrity principlesPrepare and present customer metrics and KPIsWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent experienceExperience in GMP environments and Quality Assurance (5+ years preferred)Strong understanding of biotechnology manufacturing and project managementAbility to analyze data, make sound decisions, and prioritize tasksExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with cGMPs and regulatory requirementsA proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to qualityAbout Lonza
